We work with you to develop an understanding of what you want to accomplish.  If you already have a property picked out or know what you want, this part is fairly straightforward.  If you need a little more time or guidance, we will work with you, your real estate and mortgage professionals to help create a goal.

Investment Portfolio Analysis

Our wealth management team reviews your investment holdings and corresponding account types to understand how your assets are broken down.  This helps us clarify the options we have to reorganize and optimize your portfolio and help you purchase your property.

Risk Tolerance & Liquidity Review

Once we have defined your goals and reviewed potential asset reorganization strategies, it is important that we also review your risk tolerance and time horizon.  We take into consideration your ideal level of risk / reward and compare it to both your current investment blend and the potential changes that could be made by reorganization.  We also look at how decisions that we make about property, risk and investments could impact the timing of your overall financial plan.

Working with you and your mortgage team, we help to create and organize all of the needed documents required for your loan approval.  This includes financial, investment and cash flow statements as well as insurance policy contracts and illustrations, among others.
